The Ro-Ro method of shipping involves cars being driven into the carrier vessels for safe storage and shipping. Vehicles will be securely strapped under the deck to ensure there is no movement during transit.

This method of shipping is considerably cheaper than the container method as shipping rates are based on the length of vehicle i.e , saloon cars will be cheaper than 4x4's due to the size the latter occupies on the vessel.
