Shipping:

As soon as we recieve copy of log book by fax/e-mail /post we get a reservation made on next available vessel to Mombasa. Payment will be accepted after you deliver the vehicle to the port. Note that, we expect full payment to be made before the vessel departs UK port

 

Documentation Changes:

 

Any changes to documentation after shipping will be charged at a rate of £50 per BL change. Ascope Shippers accepts no liability for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Port Charges:

Ascope Shippiers will not be liable for any extra port fees or storage costs charged to customers because of BL delays due to slow payment. Please pay your bills promptly so that documentation etc. can arrive in time to clear the vehicle from the port.

Shipping delays:

Please note that shipping schedules, changes, cancellations etc. made by shipping lines are totally out of our control. Depending on the destination, some larger vehicles can have significant delays in shipping because of the limited space.

Payments:

No shipping or registration documents will be sent until full payment is received. Ascope shippers will accept payments by paypal (attracts 4% surcharge) / bank transfers / direct deposit only. All bank fees will be payable by you.
